Views Deployed Across the City Government to Ensure Visibility of Performance and Improvements in Line with Strategic Goals

The City of Highland's Views application was recently recognized with an Actuate Award for Excellence in Performance Management.

With the rising costs associated with local government, Highland needed greater visibility into the city's management activity and a way to help managers and staff quickly and easily identify areas where performance could be improved. An effective Performance Management solution was deemed a necessary component to the City of Highland's strategic goals, which include achieving a financially secure City Government, maintaining a safe and secure community, increasing the ease of mobility within the area, and providing residents with the information they need about local government initiatives to keep them up to date.
