The Small Firm Attraction and Retention (SFARG) program provides federally funded grants established to tenant Lower Manhattan in the aftermath of September 11, 2001. The program is administered by the City and State and provides $3,500 per employee for companies with fewer than 200 employees that locate south of Canal Street Canal Street may refer to:
