City agents market Lytham site.


LIVERPOOL-BASED commercial property agency Edward Symmons has been instructed to market a leisure complex in Lytham St Annes.

The four-storey building is on the market following the administration of Tiggis (St Annes) and Tiggis (Bolton).

The 18,225 sq ft property in the centre of the town comprises a bar, restaurant and nightclub, and is available with vacant possession VACANT POSSESSION, estates. An estate which has been abandoned by the tenant; the abandonment must be complete in order to make the possession vacant, and therefore if the tenant have goods on the premises, it will not be so considered. 2 Chit. The building is being marketed alongside a 3,000 sq ft office investment in Wood Street, in Lytham St Annes, which offers a pounds 28,000-a-year rental income, with a fixed increase to pounds 30,000 a year in July, 2010.
