City National Tower to Join Famous Downtown Los Angeles Skyline.

BACKGROUND: City National Bank announced last November that it had
            signed a lease agreement for up to 310,000 square feet
            of office space at what is now known as ARCO Plaza with
            owner Thomas Properties Group. The transaction -- at the
            time, the year's largest commercial real estate lease
            signed in the city of Los Angeles -- included naming
            rights for the south tower and the plaza property.
