City National Tower Joins Famous Downtown L.A. Skyline.LOS ANGELES -- City National Bank's distinctive logo now adorns the south tower of the landmark downtown property known for more than three decades as ARCO Plaza. The bank began its move into the newly renamed City National Tower at 555 South Flower Street last month. Eventually, 800 City National colleagues will occupy 12 of the building's 52 floors. City National, the largest bank based in Los Angeles, announced last November that it had leased up to 310,000 square feet of commercial office space at the prestigious property, which also will be renamed City National Plaza. At the time, it was the year's largest commercial real estate lease signed in the city of Los Angeles
