City National Bank Promotes Sheri Grady to Senior Vice President, Manager of Orange County Private Banking Team.

City National Bank (NYSE:CYN) today announced the promotion of Sheri Grady to Senior Vice President and Manager of the bank's Orange County Private Banking Team.

Grady, a financial services veteran, manages a highly successful private banking team serving the asset management and credit needs of some of Orange County's most affluent individuals and successful entrepreneurs.

Grady received her graduate school certificate in banking from Southern Methodist University. Grady is married with four children. She is a member of the Fran Joswick Therapeutic Riding Center and the Forum for Corporate Directors in Orange County. Grady also has been instrumental in forming Board Builders, a volunteer organization of chief executives dedicated to assisting women business owners in forming their own boards of directors.

She also is involved in several women-in-business programs relating to City National's affiliation with Chapman University.
