City & Suburban Federal Savings Bank announced the promotion of Subhashis Sarkar to information technology manager, assistant secretary. Sarkar joined in 2002 as assistant network administrator, and was promoted to network administrator in 2004. Prior to that, he held the position of help desk technician at Computer System Programming Company where he began his career in 2001. Sarkar earned a BA degree at Krishnai College, Krishnai, Assam, India, in 1990. His professional credits include certification in 2001 as a Microsoft System Engineer and certification in 2003 as a Novell Network Administrator
