), a New York and London based internet marketing company, has decided to split its publicly traded stock 2 for 1. The Company expects to announce the record and effective dates shortly.

Citron citron (sĭt`rən), name for a tree (Citrus medica) of the family Rutaceae (orange family), and for its fruit, the earliest of the citrus fruits to be introduced to Europe from Asia.  has 5,100,000 shares outstanding; 1,600,000 shares are restricted with 3,500,000 in the public float. Post split, the Company will have 10,200,000 shares outstanding with 3,200,000 shares restricted and 7,000,000 shares in the public float. Once the 2 for 1 split is effective, Citron's 12 month earnings projections will be altered from the present projections of .65/share to .32-.33/share.

Citron Inc. is an Internet marketing company which utilize a network of affiliate web sites to gain exposure for the products and services of the Company's clients. Citron's expanding marketing network of affiliates plans to be fully operational in February 1999.

Citron charges each client a commission on purchases made through Citron or its affiliate sites which is based on a percentage of the sale. For the service of carrying the banners used to draw Internet traffic by which sales are made, the affiliate is paid a commission from Citron.

Citron's business strategy is to build a network of affiliate web sites throughout the Internet. Each affiliate site could earn commission based revenues for carrying a banner for Citron or one of its client's products.
