Citroen reveals revised C1 eco-car; in association with fish 4 cars.


CITROEN has issued pictures and details of the revamped C1 range, which goes on sale here in January - precisely the same time as Ford's much publicised new Ka.

Ford having scored a major publicity coup by getting the Ka in on the Bond action, Citroen is fighting back with the claim that the new C1 will be the most environmentally friendly Environmentally friendly, also referred to as nature friendly, is a term used to refer to goods and services considered to inflict minimal harm on the environment.[1]  car in its class.

The French firm says that the one-litre petrol version of the revised C1 is the cleanest car in the UK with a CO2 figure of just 106g/km and economy of 62.8mpg.

The petrol-powered 1.2-litre Ka will have a CO2 rating of 119g/km and economy of 55mpg.

The entry-level C1 currently costs pounds 7,395 in comparison to pounds 7,995 for the new Ka although Citroen has yet to announce prices for the forthcoming revised version Revised Version
