, has signed a deal with USA TODAY to publish quarterly brand-building communications to be distributed to a minimum of one million consumers of USA TODAY.

On the morning of March 2, 2007, CW will release their second publication with USA TODAY, The Official Viewers' Guide to The 38th NAACP Image Awards, to coincide with the live television broadcast of the awards show on Fox Network at 8:00 p.m. that evening. CW's first publication distributed through USA TODAY was a keepsake guide to The Ryder Cup, which was distributed on Friday, September 22, in honor of the 36th annual Ryder Cup.

CWP and USA TODAY plan on distributing at least four special inserts a year. The magazine-like inserts are being designed as a minimum of 32-page, glossy supplements to the Friday editions of USA TODAY and will offer up-to-the minute information on varying topics of the day, supported by relevant but limited advertising.
