ICA has been licensed for incorporation into the following
products:

-- NCI - Network Computer Inc., an affiliate of Oracle Corp., will
incorporate ICA into its NC Desktop software, the client software
and suite of applications for the network computer. ICA will
allow NCI to add Windows-based functionality to its current Java,
     HTML and NCOS offerings. www.nc.com

-- Samsung Electronics - The company will incorporate Citrix ICA
technology into several clients, including a hand-held mobile
device, a Web videophone and a Windows-based terminal. When used

About Citrix ICA

With over two million concurrent user In computer science, the number of concurrent users for a resource in a location, with the location being a computing network or a single computer, refers to the total number of people using the resource at the same time.  licenses since its introduction in 1995, the Citrix Independent Computing Architecture (ICA) is an emerging industry standard for thin-client/server computing. Citrix's ICA thin-client/server technology includes a server software component, a network protocol component, and a client software component. On the server, ICA separates application logic from the user interface and executes 100% of the application on the server. The ICA network protocol transports keystrokes, mouse clicks and screen updates over standard protocols to the client, consuming less than 20 kilobits-per-second of network bandwidth. On the client, users see and work only with the application's interface.

Citrix ICA is being broadly adopted by industry leading vendors -- including Microsoft, HP, IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries) , Sun Microsystems Sun Microsystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: JAVA[3]) is an American vendor of computers, computer components, computer software, and information-technology services, founded on 24 February 1982. , Sharp, Boundless, Wyse and others -- for inclusion in new and future hardware and software products that extend the reach of enterprise applications into new markets. Citrix's open licensing strategy for ICA enables OEMs to deliver the benefits of thin-client/server computing to users of low-cost Windows-based terminals, network computers, wireless devices, and a new range of low-cost, lightweight information appliances.
