Citrix Demos Product Running on Windows Vista; Global Leader in On-demand Access Deepens Integration with Microsoft Technologies in Latest Collaboration between the Companies.

Citrix Presentation Server 4--running in both 32-bit and 64-bit environments--deepened integration with Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2005. This integration improves user experience and heightens management, monitoring and security capabilities.

The new Citrix Presentation Server Web Interface for SharePoint component integrates Citrix Presentation Server with SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and Windows SharePoint Services, providing corporate workers with a single, consistent user interface for access to any content, applications and business information published by Presentation Server inside a familiar SharePoint environment. In conjunction with Windows Server 2003, Citrix Presentation Server also takes advantage of the performance monitoring capability of MOM 2005, the comprehensive event and performance management tool for Windows. With MOM 2005 and the new Management Pack for Presentation Server, also announced today, IT managers can centrally monitor a group of Presentation Server systems and server farms from a single view, and easily respond to and resolve issues from a single desktop console.
