Citrix Announces the Three Finalists for its Annual Customer Innovation Award and Invites You to Get Out and Vote!


Betfair, McAfee, Inc., and Ryerson, Inc., Recognized for Innovation in Access

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Today at its ninth annual business and technology conference, Citrix iForum[TM] Global 06, Citrix Systems Citrix Systems' (NASDAQ: CTXS) is an American technology company, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with subsidiary operations in California and Massachusetts, with additional development centers in Australia, India and the UK. , Inc. The focus of the 2006 customer award is on "Innovation in Access," and recognizes customers who have achieved superior business results by transforming their business using Citrix technology for on-demand access.

Citrix selected BetFair, McAfee and Ryerson after evaluating its diverse and global customer base of more than 180,000 organizations. Each of the finalists provided compelling examples of how their organizations leverage Citrix to increase customer loyalty, modernize mod·ern·ize

During the opening keynote, representatives from Betfair, McAfee and Ryerson showcased how they are using Citrix technology in exciting and innovative ways to grow and differentiate their businesses. iForum attendees will decide the winner of the award by voting throughout the conference using text messaging Sending short messages to a smartphone, pager, PDA or other handheld device. Text messaging implies sending short messages generally no more than a couple of hundred characters in length.  or by casting their vote at www.citrix.com/votenow. The winner will be announced at the iForum closing keynote on Tuesday afternoon, October 24, and visitors to the site can view videos of each finalist's use of Citrix technology.
