Citrix Announces Change in EMEA Management.

Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CTXS CTXS Citrix Systems (NASDAQ stock ticker symbol) ) today announced that Michael Wendl resigned as vice president of the company's EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Refers to that region of the world. For example, one might see products packaged differently for the UK, EMEA and Asia Pacific markets.  (Europe, Middle East and Africa) operations, and as managing director of Citrix Systems International GmbH. David A.G. Jones, Citrix's senior vice president of worldwide sales, will manage the company's EMEA operations on an interim basis.

Wendl leaves Citrix to pursue other interests, but he will continue to be available to Citrix on selected matters. Wendl joined Citrix in March, 1998 as managing director, EMEA, and was promoted to vice president of the region in 1999.
