Citrix Announces 10 New eLearning Courses for its MetaFrame Access Suite; Courses Provide Flexible Access to Industry-leading Education Program.

Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CTXS), the global leader in access infrastructure solutions, today announced that it has 10 new courses available to support the Citrix(R) MetaFrame(R) Access Suite and extend the company's existing training and certification programs. These courses build on the company's announcement last June of an eLearning outsourcing relationship with Accenture and its first four eLearning courses. Designed to complement its award-winning instructor-led training (ILT) program, Citrix eLearning allows customers, as well as more than 7,000 channel and alliance partners and more than 300 Citrix Authorized Learning Centers(TM) (CALCs), to conveniently access Citrix professional training wherever and whenever they choose, providing a flexible learning environment whereby individuals can continually update their skill sets to deliver the on-demand enterprise to their organizations.

Citrix eLearning was created to enable customers and partners to expand and deepen their knowledge of access infrastructure for the on-demand enterprise beyond traditional ILT courses. Through a blended curriculum that offers the interactive benefits of instructor-led training with the convenience, flexibility and cost savings of eLearning, IT professionals can select a combination of ILT and eLearning courses that is best suited to their learning preferences and lifestyle to help advance their careers.

Citrix customer Teton Science School, located in Jackson Hole, Wyo., connects people to nature through education from its Kelly Campus, where visiting school groups and teachers enjoy year-round access to Grand Teton National Park, to its soon-to-be constructed Jackson Campus which will be home to the Pre-K through 12 Journeys School and Teacher Learning Center. Teton Science School deploys a wireless network and uses Citrix MetaFrame Secure Access Manager to provide students, faculty and staff with wireless Web access to all of their classroom applications and resources.
