Citrix Acquires Innovex Group; E-Business Consulting Group Will Deliver Consulting Services For Citrix Channel Partners and Customers.

Citrix(R) Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CTXS) today announced it has acquired all of the operating assets of Innovex Group for approximately $47.8 million in cash. Innovex is a privately owned e-business consulting services organization in Miami Lakes, Fla., specializing in the design, development and implementation of Web-based solutions and systems integration. Innovex will become part of the Citrix Worldwide Customer Services organization, offering consulting services through the recently announced Citrix Services Portfolio. Its primary focus will be helping Citrix channel partners apply best practices in delivering implementation services and systems integration solutions to customers.
