Citizens Utilities to acquire Conference-Call USA, Inc.STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 15, 1996--Citizens Utilities announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all of the stock of Conference-Call USA, Inc.
