: CZN, CZNPr) announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Rudy J. Graf President and Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

, succeeding retiring President and Chief Operating Officer Daryl A. Ferguson.

Most recently, Mr. Graf was President and Chief Operating Officer of Centennial Cellular Corp., a provider of wireless telephone services throughout the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. Centennial was created in 1991 by the consolidation of Citizens' cellular telephone interests with those of Century Communications Corp. It uses firmware in the drive to ensure that data cannot be erased and rewritten.  Acquisition Corp acquired Centennial in January 1999.
