Citizens Communications Names Key Network Operations VP.STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 21, 1997--Citizens Communications Operating Vice President Ronald E. Spears has announced the appointment of O. Lee Jobe to the key position of Vice President of Network Operations. Jobe, who is based in Stamford, is overseeing network service, delivery and engineering; and two regional operations organizations. He is splitting his time between the headquarters in Stamford and Dallas, where network engineering is based.
