Citizens Communications Names Key Network Operations VP.


STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 21, 1997--Citizens Communications Operating Vice President Ronald E. Spears has announced the appointment of O. Lee Jobe to the key position of Vice President of Network Operations.

Jobe, who is based in Stamford, is overseeing network service, delivery and engineering; and two regional operations organizations. He is splitting his time between the headquarters in Stamford and Dallas, where network engineering is based.

Jobe came to Citizens from Pacific Bell in California where he most recently served as vice president of business operations Business operations are those activities involved in the running of a business for the purpose of producing value for the stakeholders.
