:CZN) announced today that it intends to raise approximately $400 million through a public offering of senior unsecured notes due 2013 (the "Notes").

The Company intends to use the proceeds of the sale of the Notes to retire debt maturing in 2006.

The proposed offering is to be made pursuant to the Company's shelf registration statement, which has been declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
