Citizens Bank Names New Branch Manager.

NEVADA CITY, Calif. -- Citizens Bank of Northern California (the Bank), subsidiary of Citizens Bancorp (OTCBB:CZNB), announced today that Joshua (Josh) McGovern has been promoted to Vice President and Branch Manager of Citizens Bank's Olympia Park branch located on Sutton Way in Grass Valley, CA. Josh succeeds greatly respected banker Barbara Kosher.

"Josh joined our Bank in 2006 after a long commitment to his family's business as Operations Manager at Ben Franklin," said President and Chief Executive Officer, Judy Hess.
