Jill Perry, Vice President and Golden Oak Product Manager, the Golden Oak International Equity Portfolio fund is a significant addition to the Golden Oak Family of Funds. "The International Fund offers a great way to diversify. Rather than putting all assets in one type of investment, diversification spreads your money into various asset types and sectors."

The minimum initial investment in the fund is $1,000; the minimum IRA Ira, in the Bible

initial investment is $500; and the minimum subsequent investment is $50. The International Equity Fund may be suited for:

-- Long-term investors seeking growth.

-- Investors who wish to add diversity to a portfolio that is

composed primarily of U.S. companies.

-- Investors saving for retirement where the money will not be

used for some time.

-- Investors who seek to maximize long-term returns and are able

to accept the year-to-year fluctuation of an international

investment.

The Golden Oak International Equity Portfolio is managed in such a way that it complements domestic portfolios. Unlike many international funds that also invest in U.S. companies, the new Golden Oak International Equity Portfolio fund invests strictly in non-U.S. markets. This minimizes the duplication of ownership between the fund and other equity portfolios.

Ms. Perry says, "Consistent with Citizens Bank's Clients First!(SM) philosophy to help clients achieve their financial needs, we have worked hard to ensure that Golden Oak clients have access to a full complement of mutual fund products. We believe our clients are best-served by investing for the long-term following the principles of an asset allocation Asset Allocation
