Citizens Bank-Flint President Wayne G. Schaeffer today announced a major reinvestment Reinvestment

Upon completion of the new Hallwood facility, Citizens Bank will consolidate and transfer operations currently provided at the Flushing Road drive-up and the King Avenue office, as well as the current Hallwood office located inside the mall, to the new freestanding building which will be located outside the plaza.
