Citizens Appoints Mark Nuss to Key Internal Audit Role.

Nuss has been appointed corporate director, internal audit, for the company's two telecommunications businesses, Citizens Communications Citizens Communications is the parent company of Frontier Telephone, providing telephone and internet access in 24 states.

Nuss has more than 20 years of financial and operational experience in telecommunications. Most recently, he was controller of Citizens Communications, responsible for all accounting and reporting functions within that business sector. Before that, he was controller for Citizens' telephone operations in California and Arizona.
