Citizens Advisers Announces Appointment of Top Analyst Dan Lew; Socially Responsible Investment Management Firm Adds to In-House Investment Capabilities.

PORTSMOUTH, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 3, 2003

Citizens Advisers, Inc., one of the nation's oldest and largest socially responsible investment management firms, today announced the appointment of Daniel Lew, CFA (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986) Signed into law in 1986, the CFA was a significant step forward in criminalizing unauthorized access to computer systems and networks. The Act applies to "federal interest computers" that include any system used by the U.S.  to portfolio manager. He will be leading the creation of a new small-cap value discipline at Citizens, as well as supporting the firm's other value equity offerings.

Mr. Lew has over 18 years of investment industry experience. He joins Citizens from Strong Capital Management, Inc. where he was a founding member of the firm's accomplished small-cap value equity team. Prior to Strong, Mr. Lew was a senior investment consultant at William M. Mercer Investment Consulting, Inc. and at RogersCasey. Prior to that, he was with Equitable Capital Management Corporation where he headed up portfolio analysis and performance measurement and also managed an asset allocation fund asset allocation fund
