ALISO VIEJO, Calif. -- CitizenHawk, Inc., a leading provider of digital brand management solutions, today announced that it has expanded its executive team. Brody Stout joins CitizenHawk as the company's new Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The officer of a firm responsible for day-to-day management, usually the president or an executive vice-president.

Prior to joining CitizenHawk, Stout was a Senior Associate at Maveron, a venture capital firm, where he focused on investments in the classic retail, service and technology sectors. He also held the position of Senior Associate at Key Venture Partners. Over the past decade, Stout has spent much of his time as an entrepreneur and advisor to technology start-ups. In 1996, he co-founded Right Brain Interactive, an edu-tainment software company that delivered dynamic learning solutions to the K-12 market based on the user's preferred learning style. When the company was acquired by The Learning Company in 1999, he joined Prospect Street Ventures, an early-stage venture fund focused on opportunities in the consumer technology, advertising and telecom services industries.
