Citizen safety committees to be formed in Capital.ISLAMABAD, June 04, 2009 (Balochistan Times) -- Citizen Safety Committees would be formed by Islamabad police to ensure elaborate security arrangements in the Capital and provide protection to the lives and property of the citizens.
