Citizen Rolls Out the CL-S700 Series Bar Code and Label Printer.


Built Tough and Designed for Easy Access, the CL-S700 Delivers Years of Service

TORRANCE, Calif. -- The CL-S700, Citizen's latest and most advanced logistics/shipping printer, features the same superior design and quality that is characteristic of all Citizen printers. Built to stand up to the rigors of warehousing and manufacturing environments, the CL-S700's all-steel frame and cabinet are constructed for ruggedness and reliability.

Using a revolutionary Cross-Emulation[TM] control board, the CL-S700 can easily switch from Datamax[R] to Zebra[R] emulations with the touch of a button via a large programmable LCD control panel. The CL-S700 features parallel, serial and USB USB

The CL-S700 also features a unique front-loading rewinder option. This allows for all rewinder loading and unloading to be done from the front of the printer. Printer ribbons and media loading are easily accomplished with the printer cabinet's Hi-Open[TM] design that opens vertically a full 90[deg] allowing easy access and placement of the printer in confined settings. The CL-S700 features Ribbon capacity up to 450 meters long supporting both inside and outside wound.
