Citizant Hires Merck Veteran, Former Marine Officer, as Vice President of Human Resources.


Mike Fix to drive "best team" recruitment, lead acquisition talent integration

Fix will assume responsibility for Citizant's human resources function, lead the company's recruitment of top candidates to fill approximately 30 new positions by the end of 2007, and develop talent-integration plans to support the organization's anticipated acquisition of at least two companies over the next 18 months. Fix recently served as human resources director for L-3 Communications-MPRI, a leading service provider for the U.S. government, foreign governments and private industry, based in Alexandria, Va. He managed daily operations of a human resources team which, over the course of three years, nearly doubled its internal customer base to serve more than 2,700 employees. Before joining L-3 Communications, Fix had a 22-year career in operations and human resources management with Merck & Co. Inc. (NYSE NYSE
