A Citigroup analysts upgraded a number of homebuilders on the belief that large-cap builders with stronger balance sheets should benefit in the coming quarters. NASDAQ Acxiom Corp., down $3.90 at $15.89. The database technology company said its buyout from an investment group headed by private-equity firm Silver Lake Partners has been canceled. Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd., up 46 cents at $44.93. The Israeli generic drug developer settled a legal settlement to allow it to sell GlaxoSmithKline Plc drugs in the US. Allied Healthcare International Inc., up 66 cents at $3.05. The health care staffing company said it sold two subsidiaries to Air Liquide Group, which makes industrial and medical gases, for $74.7 million.
