Citigroup Selected for Inclusion in FTSE4Good Index.

Citigroup today announced that it has been selected for inclusion in the FTSE Group's FTSE4Good index series for having met specific criteria relating to environmental sustainability, good corporate citizenship and shareholder relations and support of human rights.

Citigroup is the largest U.S.-headquartered financial services company to be included in the series.

Jointly owned by the London Stock Exchange and the Financial Times and operated as a wholly autonomous company, FTSE is a world leader in the creation and management of equity indexes that are used by investors for investment analysis, performance measurement, and asset location. FTSE4Good is an innovative series of real-time and benchmark indexes designed to reflect the performance of socially responsible equities and serve as a catalyst to promote best practices and raise awareness of socially responsible investment.

FTSE contributes license fee income and other revenue from FTSE4Good to UNICEF, the global children's charity. To date FTSE has contributed $800,000 to UNICEF.
