Citigroup Expands Use of American Access Technologies' Zone Cabling Products in Latin American Market.

American Access Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:AATK) is expanding its Latin American presence with its recent shipment to the global financial services company Citigroup, (NYSE:C), in which 51 patented zone cabling raised floor cabinets will be installed in an eight-floor office building and data center in Paraguay. Citigroup has previously installed American Access units in projects in Bolivia and Columbia.

"We chose American Access for the flexibility its products offered us in reconfigurations. When we move, add, or change workstations, the American Access raised-floor enclosures help us cut cabling costs down tremendously," said Citigroup Assistant Vice President Anthony Pazana, from Citigroup's Latin America/Caribbean Regional Office.

American Access Technologies National Project Manager Ryan Statton said the Company continues to build a strong alliance with Citigroup in South America and Mexico.

"Our units are also scheduled for Citigroup projects in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Peru. We have proven successful in the initial stages of Citigroup's Mexican operations, with more than 200 branches to be remodeled or built in that country alone," Statton said.

Anixter International, Inc. (NYSE:AXE) is the distributor for the project.
