Citigate Sard Verbinnen Elects Hugh L. Burns as a Managing Director and Partner.

Hugh Burns joined Citigate Sard Verbinnen in 2000 from Latham & Watkins, where he was a Senior Associate in the Litigation Department, focused on securities, international and complex commercial litigation and arbitration. Prior to that, he was an Associate in the Litigation Department of Sullivan & Cromwell. Hugh holds an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law.
