NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 8, 1995--Citicorp announced that Victor Menezes Victor J. Menezes (May 14, 1949 - ) is an engineer and banker, who acts as a top official in international financial organizations. He is originally from India and received his degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1970.  has been named chief financial officer. He succeeds Christopher J. Steffen, who has resigned.
