Citibank signs up for 10 years on Broadway.


Monday Monday: see week.  Propertie has announced it has completed a lease renewal with Citibank CITIBANK First National City Bank  at 1440 Broadway Broadway, famous thoroughfare in New York City. It extends from Bowling Green near the foot of Manhattan island N to 262d St. in the Bronx. Throughout its length Broadway is chiefly a commercial street. . The bank signed for approximately ap·prox·i·mate

Monday Properties and Citibank were each represented in house in the transaction.

"Citibank has been a tremendous asset to our building," said Anthony Westreich, president of Monday Properties. "We are pleased to retain the bank among our roster of presitiguoius retail tenants at 1440 Broadway."

Citibank's space at the building fronts Broadway. The property is located on Broadway between West 40th and West 41st streets. Asking rents for retail space at 1440 Broadway range around $225 per square foot.
