Citibank opens securities services in Russia for MinFin bonds.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 12, 1994--Citibank is pleased to announce the addition of a new securities service to its product offerings in Russia Russia, officially the Russian Federation, Rus. Rossiya, republic (2005 est. pop. 143,420,000), 6,591,100 sq mi (17,070,949 sq km). .
