Citibank appointed Trustee and Custodian by INVESCO for UK Retail Mutual Fund Assets.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 20, 2001

INVESCO has announced that Citibank Worldwide Securities Services will retain the (pound)8billion ($11.2 billion) of UK mutual fund assets Fund assets

This follows an extensive review of the suppliers to the INVESCO and Perpetual Unit Trusts following the acquisition of Perpetual by INVESCO late last year.

The transition will be managed over the next five months by a joint Invesco/Citibank Team.
