ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 22, 2003

Citibank will present "Real Access, Real Opportunities II," a conference for local nonprofits and business entrepreneurs, on Tuesday, September 23, 2003, from 10:45 AM to 2:00 PM at the Hyatt Regency Hotel The Regency Hotel was a hotel in Denver, Colorado. Built in the 1960s to serve as a regional convention center, it was famous locally for its large gold dome and the luxury of the rooms within. , 125 East Main Street, in Rochester. The conference is designed to provide expert insight and advice to nonprofits and business entrepreneurs on topics including affordable housing, financial literacy Financial literacy is the ability of individuals to make appropriate decisions in managing their personal finances. Raising levels of financial literacy is now a focus of government programmes in countries including[1] Australia, Japan, the United States and the UK.  and special savings programs (IDAs), and how small businesses can access capital. The morning will feature panel discussions and during the afternoon participants will be invited to attend workshops. This complimentary conference is being sponsored by Citibank Upstate New York Upstate New York is the region of New York State north of the core of the New York metropolitan area. It has a population of 7,121,911 out of New York State's total 18,976,457. Were it an independent state, it would be ranked 13th by population. .
