The new features and functionality include the industry's most comprehensive, versatile database of all ADR programs on the market, up-to-date financial market and world news, performance indices, and a proprietary shareholder intelligence service - all of which can be tailored to user specifications.

Citibank's UIG is the only database for issuers, brokers and investors that includes historical information on ADR trading volumes and capital raisings. It allows the user to select, sort and total the data according to company name, exchange, CUSIP, country, region, industry sector, investment bank plus additional selection criteria. What's more, the user can customize by date range in order to see a streamlined, organized report. Information can be viewed immediately on-screen or downloaded to a spreadsheet.

Late Breaking News: This feature is accessible to key user communities directly on the Citibank ADR home page including top news stories; feature stories on top ADR issuers and market trends; events including AGMs, proxy votes, rights offerings and conferences; interactive World Index Performance Chart with real time updates and robust company profiles with news, advanced charting and company links. The home page allows users to personalize content settings, showing the stories that meet business information needs about a particular company or trend. An outbound e-mail newsletter is also available through the site, to let you know immediately when stories about companies you select go live.

The New Global Shares on Demand: A leading-edge, proprietary shareholder intelligence service for issuers created by the industry's premier data provider, Thomson Financial/Carson, combined with program specific ADR information. The new service provides shareholder reports, investor relations tools and institutional ownership information combined with program specific ADR detail such as issuance and cancellation broker activity.
