Citibank Introduces Newly Enhanced Online Financial Services Site at www.citibank.com.

Today Citibank announced the introduction of an enhanced Internet site for its consumer banking services at www.citibank.com.

As the number of Citi products and services increased, Citibank decided it was time to create a next-generation site that provided clear, consistent navigation and easy access to Citi's consumer, small business and corporate offerings.

The new site brings together Citibank's retail bank products and services directory, its online banking service and its aggregation service. The site redesign was the result of extensive research and development, along with feedback from consumer focus groups. Citibank.com provides information and access to the breadth and depth of Citibank's products and services without sacrificing the ease of use that has helped Citibank to consistently earn number one rankings in the industry.

The key feature of the site is My Citi -- the new home page that can be customized so users have everything they need at their fingertips, organized with the content and layout they prefer. From My Citi, consumers can:

    --  See their Citi card, bank and brokerage account activity and
        balances

    --  Use a free online aggregation tool that lets consumers review
        their non-Citi accounts

    --  Scan future activity and make Express Payments in the new
        Payments & Transfer Center

    --  Set up wireless or e-mail alerts

    --  Choose the page they go to right after signing on

    --  Integrate portfolio tracking and news headlines into their
        home page.

When they sign off, customers can print an Account Snapshot that shows their balances and daily activity. There are also hundreds of easy-to-use tools, all conveniently consolidated in Planning & Tools.

Citibank Online, Citibank's award-winning online banking service, also has a new, consistent look and feel. The service was recently ranked #1 in online banking by Gomez, Inc. for the fifth consecutive time. It provides online banking services such as free bill payment, account information and funds transfers, as well as seven-year statement history, email and wireless alerts and other special capabilities. New options, including the ability to see account balances and payments and transfers information on the home page, were met with high enthusiasm in consumer focus group previews.
