CITGO PETROLEUM, a U.S. oil refiner, commissioned UBS Investment Bank, a Swiss bank, to find potential buyers for its Citgo Asphalt Company. Citgo is controlled by Petroleos de Venezuela, Venezuela's national oil producer.
