(the "Company") is pleased to announce it has entered into two additional option agreements with Chapleau Resources Ltd. to acquire additional interests in two claim blocks surrounding the Fors project area, Fort Steele Mining Division of the Province of British Columbia British Columbia, province (2001 pop. 3,907,738), 366,255 sq mi (948,600 sq km), including 6,976 sq mi (18,068 sq km) of water surface, W Canada. Lynx 20-22 Option The claim group Lynx 20-22 is also situated within the perimeter clause of the original Fors Agreement. A 70 percent interest in the property will be transferred by Chapleau Resources Ltd. to the Company for payment of the sum of $10.00 and provided that the Company earns its interest in the Fors Property as provided for in the option agreement between the Company, Chapleau Resources Ltd., and Barkhor Resources Ltd. dated September 27, 1996.
