Citation Corp. plans public offering.


BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 4, 1995--Citation Corp. (Nasdaq:CAST) today announced it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with a proposed public offering of 4,000,000 shares of common stock.
