DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 1999--Citadel Technology, Inc. (OTCBB: CITN), a provider of network and desktop security software products and majority owner of its Internet e-commerce subsidiary, announced today that it has changed the name of its internet subsidiary Shoppingwave.com to Inlighten.com

Steven B.
