HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 22, 1996--Citadel Computer Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: NOFF) will integrate their NetOFF, Server Sentry, ServerCam and Phantom of the Console product with Novell's ManageWise platform to provide more network management services in an integrated environment.

Citadel's products now Quick-Launch from ManageWise so network managers can quickly and conveniently access the added capabilities.

NetOFF, Citadel's flagship product, is the only automatic network logoff tool that saves open, unsaved files and prevents logoffs during data transfers. NetOFF has three tools to secure a NetWare network, a password-protected screen blanker, inactivity logoff and clock-time logout.

Server Sentry, is the first network monitoring system that immediately re-boots the file server and documents the cause of a system crash. Server Sentry, "the intelligent management crash guard," also notifies network personnel and produces downtime cost reports.

ServerCam is the only "digital detective" on the market today. ServerCam provides real-time video images for streamlined network security, surveillance and productivity.

"Phantom" of the Console acts as a "virtual administrator." "Phantom" automatically executes repetitive tasks that would otherwise require an operator at the console.

All four products fit naturally into Novell's ManageWise strategy by providing administrators' utilities to secure and manage their networks.
