Citadel Environmental Group Inc. Announces Dividend-In-Kind Distribution.


THOUSAND OAKS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 1999--Citadel Environmental Group Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CTEV) today announced a dividend-in-kind distribution to its common and preferred stock holders of record on February 25, 1999 of shares of Alliance Medical Corporation ("Alliance") Common Stock. The dividend will be in the form of one (1) share of newly issued, restricted Common Stock of Alliance Medical Corporation ("Alliance Shares") for each twelve (12) shares of Citadel common and preferred stock. The payment date of the dividend will be May 14, 1999. The Alliance Shares will be restricted, subject to registration by Alliance.

Citadel is a publicly traded holding company established to acquire controlling interests in progressively managed private businesses with opportunities of significant growth and market share.
