) ("the Company") today announced it has promoted Citadel Salt Lake City Program Director Ed Hill to the newly created position of Corporate Director of Imaging and Format Development.

In his new position, Mr. Hill will report to Ken Benson, Executive Vice President of Programming, and work closely with Scott Mahalick, Vice President of Product Development, and Brian Jennings Brian Lewis Jennings (born on October 10 1976 in Mesa, Arizona) is an NFL player. He is a long snapper and a tight end with the San Francisco 49ers. He went to Arizona State University. He was drafted by the 49ers in the 7th round (230th overall) in the 2000 NFL Draft. , Vice President of AM Programming. Mr. Hill will be a resource for the creation of imaging campaigns for all Citadel formats for new and existing projects, and will continue to function as the program director of KUBL (FM) in Salt Lake City, Utah For ships of the United States Navy of the same name, see .

Mr. Hill has been with Citadel since 1993 as a Program Director/Operations Manager for Citadel stations in Modesto, California and Salt Lake City.

Citadel is a radio broadcasting company that, upon completion of pending transactions, will own or operate 140 FM and 65 AM stations concentrated in 42 markets. In January 2001, the Company agreed to be acquired by an affiliate of Forstmann Little & Co., a leading acquirer and owner of businesses, for $26 per share in cash, or a total transaction value of approximately $2.0 billion, including assumed and refinanced debt and preferred stock Stock shares that have preferential rights to dividends or to amounts distributable on liquidation, or to both, ahead of common shareholders.

Preferred stock is given preference over common stock. Holders of preferred stock receive dividends at a fixed annual rate.
