Portland is Maine's cultural, social and economic capital. Tourists are drawn to Portland's historic Old Port district along Portland Harbor, which is at the mouth of the Fore River and part and Portsmouth, New Hampshire Portsmouth, New Hampshire is a city in Rockingham County, New Hampshire in the United States of America. It is the fourth-largest community in the county[1], with a population of 20,784 as of the 2000 census. . Under the terms of the agreement, the total consideration will be approximately $63.5 million, including the assumption of debt. Upon consummation of the agreement, Citadel will add WOKQ-FM, WXBB-FM and WPKQ-FM, WXBP-FM in Portsmouth-Dover-Rochester, the nation's 116th largest market, and WBLM-FM, WCYI-FM, WCYY-FM, WHOM-FM, WJBQ-FM, and WCLZ-FM in Portland, the nation's 162nd largest market.
