Citadel Announces the Hiring of Executive Vice President of Sales for Inlighten.com.

: CITN), a provider of network and desktop security software products, and its Internet e-commerce subsidiary, Inlighten.com (Inlighten), announced today the appointment of Edward C. Krupa as Executive Vice President of Sales for Inlighten.com.

Mr. Krupa has over fourteen years of senior sales and management experience with industry leading companies. Prior to joining Inlighten, Mr. Krupa was the Worldwide Director of Global Enterprise Partner Sales for Tivoli Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.
