2-Lane is an e-Commerce and e-Business Interactive Award Winning

Citadel Technology, Inc. (OTCBB: CITN), a provider of network and desktop security software products, and its Internet e-commerce subsidiary, Shoppingwave.com, announced today that a letter of agreement has been signed to purchase 2-Lane Media. 2-Lane Media is the recipient of 60 major interactive industry awards (website: www.2lm.com) for interactive/multimedia communications, including 2 CLIOs, 4 New Media Visions, 15 Cindys and more. They offer web site and e-commerce design, for a diverse client roster that spans the worldwide Fortune 1000. The transaction is expected to close within 30 days. Other terms have not been disclosed.
